We inform you that an Agreement on the Transfer of Outstanding Obligations has been signed between Vodafone Albania SHA (hereinafter “Vodafone”) and Tranzit SHPK (hereinafter “Tranzit”), according to which Vodafone transfers the outstanding obligations of its customers to Tranzit.

Pursuant to this agreement, the transfer of the outstanding obligation is accompanied by the transfer of the personal data necessary for the collection of the obligation by Tranzit, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of Vodafone’s mobile telephony services and the provisions of Law No. 124/2024 “On Personal Data Protection”.
